Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Post-EZ (the “Service”), operated by POST-EZ SCANT LLC (“we”, “us”). By using postez.app you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate sign-in information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens on your account. You must be at least 13 to use Post-EZ.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Post-EZ to:
- Publish content that violates law, infringes intellectual property, or harms others.
- Spam, harass, or impersonate.
- Send content that violates the rules of the platforms we publish to (each has its own ToS, which you also agree to).
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attack the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect Discord, Beehiiv, Ghost, Patreon, Twitch, YouTube, or any other platform, you authorize Post-EZ to publish content to those accounts on your behalf using the credentials or OAuth tokens you provide. You can disconnect any platform at any time from the Accounts page. We are not affiliated with the third-party platforms.
4. Your content
You own the content you create with Post-EZ. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service (including AI features you invoke and publishing to platforms you connect).
5. Payments
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. The “Founders Lifetime” plan is a one-time purchase covering the lifetime of the Service. Refunds are at our discretion; email support@postez.app within 14 days of purchase.
6. Service availability
We strive for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not responsible for posts that fail to publish due to third-party platform downtime, rate limits, or policy changes. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to surface failures and retry where appropriate.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of incorporation of POST-EZ SCANT LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
