How do I connect a social account?
Head to Settings -> Accounts and click Connect account. Pick the platform you want (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Facebook), then finish the OAuth handshake in the popup.
If the popup gets blocked, allow popups for postez.app and try again. Most platforms also require the connecting account to be a business or creator account - see the inline tooltip on each tile for details.
What does Founders Lifetime include?
Founders Lifetime is a one-time payment that unlocks every Post-EZ feature on the Agency tier - forever. That includes unlimited connected accounts, AI captions, brand-voice training, the unified inbox, analytics, and every platform integration we ship.
The deal is capped at the first 280 founders. After that the page flips to standard monthly/yearly plans.

How do refunds work?
Every Post-EZ plan - including Founders Lifetime - is covered by a 14-day refund policy. If Post-EZ isn't pulling its weight, ask for a refund from Settings -> Billing and we'll process it back to your original payment method.
Refunds typically settle in 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer. Details: /founders.
Why didn't my scheduled post publish?
The most common culprit is an expired OAuth token. Open Settings -> Accounts and reconnect any account showing a red "needs attention" badge - that fixes ~90% of failed publishes.
Other things to check: the post must be within the platform's character cap, media must meet the platform's aspect-ratio and duration rules, and the connected account must still have permission to post (some platforms revoke after policy changes). The failed post stays in your queue so you can retry once the account is healthy.
How do I disconnect an OAuth account?
Go to Settings -> Accounts, click the account you want to remove, and choose Disconnect. Post-EZ revokes the token on its side immediately.
For a full audit trail, also revoke the "Post-EZ" app from the platform's own app-permissions screen (Instagram > Business tools, X > Connected apps, etc.). That guarantees no stale token can be reused.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest in our Supabase Postgres + S3-compatible object storage. OAuth refresh tokens are sealed with an additional column-level encryption layer so a database snapshot alone can't reveal them.
Media you upload is private-by-default and only accessible to your workspace via signed, time-limited URLs.
Where's my API key?
Public API access isn't available yet - it's on the Phase 2 roadmap. Once it ships you'll find personal access tokens under Settings -> Developer.

How do I delete my account?
From Settings -> Account, scroll to Delete account. We'll confirm via email and then permanently remove your workspace, posts, media, and connected-account tokens within 30 days.
Active subscriptions are cancelled at the same time; Founders Lifetime purchases follow the 14-day refund policy if you're inside the window.
